Kuwait Privatization Project Holding Co. established in 1994 with a capital of K.D. 1 million, is a Kuwaiti Shareholding company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange with a capital of KD 79.3 million & a shareholder's equity of almost K.D. 161 Million.

The Major shareholders are National Industries Group and Kuwait Financial Center.

The objective of KPPHC is to finance, evaluate and provide consulting services to a selected group of Kuwaiti companies and regional projects,, benefiting from new investment opportunities by focusing on:

Controlling stakes in entities providing services in the different sectors such as energy, infrastructure and real-estate.
Government-owned assets that are offered for sale.
Participation in government-owned infrastructure projects on a BOT basis.
Controlling stakes in family-owned businesses, likely to be restructured into publicly held corporations.
